Our main emphasis is on quality work and providing timely service. In a consulting firm environment, you have to be focused on the customer. It is certainly easier to talk about it than to actually do it. You have to develop a clear strategic plan, set tough goals, and be sure to provide your employees with a good working environment so they in turn, can interact with customers to properly fulfill their needs. Providing timely service is also important, especially in construction work. We take pride in our prompt service and are always willing to do whatever possible (go that extra mile) in order to help our clients. Finally, we try to do things in an ethical way. Business ethics, what we do and what we get back, becomes all important!
LOCAL EXPERIENCE AND SERVICES:
Since 1979, GEI has performed several thousand soil and geologic reports, including field inspection and testing during construction, through out the greater Bay Area for private, as well as various Government agencies, doing both residential and commercial projects. We are familiar with City and County building procedures for most cities in the Bay Area so we know what is needed from us in order for our clients to fulfill the City and/or County requirements for our field of work.
